Heat transfer
Names, numbers and specialty placements.
Perfect for rosters, personalization and one-offs where every piece is a little different.

What heat transfer is
Heat transfer cuts names, numbers and specialty materials from vinyl or printed film, then presses each piece onto the garment by hand. It is the go-to when every piece is a little different, like a roster of player names or individually numbered staff shirts.
Because pieces are applied one at a time there is no per-color setup and no minimum. It also opens the door to specialty finishes, from reflective and metallic to soft-touch, that other methods simply cannot produce.
Good to know
- No minimum, perfect for names, numbers and one-offs.
- Specialty materials: reflective, metallic, glitter, soft-touch.
- Applied by hand, so placements can vary per piece.
- Pairs well with a bulk print or embroidery run.

How it works
- 01
Cut the material
Vinyl or printed transfer is precisely cut to each name, number or specialty mark.
- 02
Weed & align
Excess material is removed by hand and each piece is positioned on the garment.
- 03
Press each piece
Heat and pressure bond the material permanently to the fabric, piece by piece.
- 04
Inspect
Every personalized item is checked against the list before it ships.
