Screen printing
Bold color that lasts wash after wash.
The workhorse for bold designs and bigger runs, with the lowest per-piece cost at volume.

What screen printing is
Screen printing pushes a thick, opaque layer of ink through a fine mesh stencil, one screen for every color in your design. That heavy deposit of ink is exactly why a screen print stays bright and holds its edge through years of industrial washing, and why it is still the standard for company tees, hoodies and event merch.
Because each color needs its own screen and a short one-time setup, the real value shows up at volume: the more pieces you run, the lower the cost per shirt. For one to six solid brand colors on a larger order, nothing beats it on price or durability.
Good to know
- Best value kicks in around 50 pieces and up per design.
- Ideal for 1 to 6 solid spot colors, including specialty inks.
- Photographic or heavily gradient art suits DTF better.
- You approve a digital proof before anything hits a screen.

How it works
- 01
Separate the art
We split your design into individual colors, one screen per color, and set the registration so everything lines up.
- 02
Burn the screens
Each color is exposed onto its own fine mesh screen, then washed out and dried ready to print.
- 03
Pull the ink
Ink is flooded and pressed through each screen onto the garment, one color at a time.
- 04
Cure & check
Every piece runs through a dryer to lock the ink in, then gets quality checked before folding.
